Bio

Sébastien Forgues has always had a passion for the body. He channeled this passion into martial arts, theater and dance and performed at a national and international level. He has worked as a Kinesitherapist with several performing arts companies such as CAS PUBLIC, MARIE CHOUINARD Danse Company, and many others.
Sébastien Forgues presently works with the Quebec Federation of Massage Therapists (FQM) as Head of Professional Inspections. His corporeal experience, his commitment to his profession, as well as his anatomical knowledge make Sébastien Forgues a passionate and rigorous teacher of manual therapeutic approaches.

Kinesitherapy is a manual therapy that aims to release tissue and joint restrictions in order to increase and/or restore range of motion. The less restrictions there are, the more the articulation will be mobile, which allows the Kinesitherapist to treat their clients.

This training will deepen your knowledge of biomechanics and pathology, which will allow you to better assist your client and better adapt to their specific situation.

You will learn a very wide range of specific massage therapeutic techniques, mobilizations, glissements, fasciatherapy, trigger points, tissue approximations, rebounds, and more.
